You ban these bots, great, but leave thier posts in place like this, with the names of the products and companies they push and even links (When they include links, often dangerous ones btw) fully intact. That is all the motivation they need to send more of them because people can people can still see these! They literally send bots specifically to bump posts like these. You're only cutting the leaves of the weeks, so they're going to grow back. Kill the roots, delete these posts. I'm not saying it will happen quickly, but they will eventually give up.
