He's spot on. 
Well, I am looking forward to seeing his upcoming RE2 remake memes video, or whatever it is. But the RE2 reimagining was pitifully weak as a remake. It was also too dark looking, with no spiders or crows anywhere, and the guns felt like you were shooting using some cheap toys.
And the RE3 remake was, simply put, a steaming pile of dung.
