Microsoft has confirmed free cross-buy upgrades between Xbox One and Xbox Series X, allowing Xbox One games to be upgraded for free on the next-gen console.
Furthermore, Microsoft has revealed that Xbox One games will receive stable framerates, faster load times and better resolution and visual fidelity. Xbox One and Xbox Series X consoles will also benefit from smart delivery, an advantage for downloading the appropriate assets for the console a game will be played upon.
