In the Devil May Cry franchise, was the Red Queen's name inspired by the Biblical Harlot of Babylon the same way the Agony franchise's the Red Goddess's name was inspired by the Biblical Harlot of Babylon?

In the Devil May Cry franchise, the Red Queen is a weapon owned by Nero.

As far as I can tell, no. Apparently the name was inspired by, of all things, casino games. Many of the special moves associated with the weapon, such as "Roulette Spin", "Streak," "Split," "High Roller", "Shuffle", and "Double Down", are all casino terms and a "Red Queen" is of course the queen in a heart or diamond suit of cards. This "chance taker" theme is somewhat related to the character, so it's an appropriate theme.
