It's crucial to build a strong team behind a larger server. If you don't have a good team, don't even get into this endeavor.

Owner: The person responsible for server matters (server machine rental, server affairs, negotiations, contacting specific individuals).

Community Manager: The right-hand person to the owner. From my experience, choose someone you trust and can work well with, sharing the same goals. Their responsibilities include managing and directing the team members below, collecting and conveying suggestions to developers, handling community issues, and maintaining a positive atmosphere among players.

Developer: It's advisable to work with multiple developers, especially if you're thinking about running multiple servers. I recommend having developers work in pairs. Their tasks include programming, server optimization, and configuration.

Team Manager: They handle players in smaller roles, monitor team members' activity, handle member recruitment, organize team meetings, and more.

Marketing Manager: Creates content for social media, actively posts, collaborates with the community manager, and organizes server events.

Admin, Moderator, Junior Moderator: I won't list these separately as their roles are self-explanatory.
