What activities in games you'd love to try in real life?

In games, we all get to do weird, wacky and wonderful stuff that we could obviously not just up and start doing in real life. So, if you had the chance to take part, what game activity/power/gadget etc would you love to have in real life? For me, I'd love the opportunity to spawn up a plane like I do in GTA, ram it down a highway and take off whilst flipping barrell rolls left, right and centre. Have such awesome flying skills would be brilliant I think haha.
