Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti vs RTX 3080: Which one should I go for?

Hello, I am looking for a PC upgrade for my setup and I don't know which graphics card to upgrade to. Right now I have the a 2070 and I want to go up in the 30's series.

Should I go for the 3070 TI or 3080? Which one is best? If the 3070 is a TI isn't it basically the same as the 3080? I found it in this store: MSI GeForce RTX 3070 Ti VENTUS 3X 8GB

Is this a good price?

Ok so bro it's actually that whatever is higher has higher power but TI is like titanium in GPUs so they both are good.
