Director Taika Waititi and Valkyrie actress Tessa Thompson spoke on Instagram Live about Love and Thunder's script, claiming the sequel is going to raise the stakes in terms of the other-wordly nature established in Ragnarok. The Aussie director went on to comment on the sequel's script, saying it was on the "fourth or fifth" draft. Waititi also provided this comment about the film's development process.
