Activision Blizzard has removed its library of games from NVIDIA’s GeForce Now streaming service.
It was confirmed the publisher had asked for its games to be removed from the streaming service via a statement posted by a NVIDIA staff member.
Activision Blizzard may have removed its titles - Diablo III, Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Overwatch - to prepare for adding them on Google Stadia instead. As only last month, Activision Blizzard signed an exclusivity deal with Google to livestream eSports, meaning they would make use of Google's Cloud and YouTube services. While unfortunate, we hope to work together with Activision Blizzard to reenable these games and more in the future.
GeForce Now is available as a monthly subscription service in North America and Europe which offers the ability to stream games to a device of your choice for $5/mo.
