When To Stream conducts a thorough evaluation of all digital storefronts in order to establish a date. When they locate a sufficient number of storefronts confirming the date, they consider it a confirmation. This approach has historically proven 99% correct, with the exception being when a studio adjusts the initial intended date up or down. But they've noticed it when it occurs. While I appreciate that this is not a direct link confirmation (which they do not offer since certain confirmations are only available in-app), I have no reason to dispute it. However, you do so at your own risk.
