I have I5 4th gen with 16GB RAM 1TB HDD and no SSD. Now I need a used graphics card to play PUBG and my budget is just 150$. Which GPU you suggest ?

Another question, I wanna know that are you playing PUBG New State? I wanna know that is it compatible with my system specs and from where I can download it?
