Millenniumloops, the artist who created an incredible
reimagining of the Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes back in March, has returned with a new fan concept video for a fictional game called
Pokémon Adventures Sinnoh. It is four minutes long and includes most aspect of “gameplay,” (It’s not a real game.) from environments to item menus to cinematics with
Japanese voice acting for some reason. It’s a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that takes the whimsy of (
real game)
Pokémon Legends: Arceus and applies it to (also real games)
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl to create something new.
Millenniumloops has created a true labor of love with this
Pokémon Adventures Sinnoh fan concept, in conjunction with contributing musicians and voice actors. This video was created with Blender, After Effects, and Photoshop, and part of the reason it looks so fantastic (aside from the artist’s inherent skill) is that it’s not a real game and doesn’t have to run on Nintendo Switch hardware.
