5 Top War Thunder Coastal Fleets That Are Powerful

There are 4 factions in War Thunder that have incredible coastal fleets. I will mention ships from Japan, USA, Britain, and the Soviets. I will also only mention rank V vessels because they’re the most fun to use IMO. These frigates are used for many different things, such as destroying other ships, supporting allies, and staying afloat as much as humanely possible. Without further blabbing, let’s start with our first pick!

5. Syonan​

Also called Sonia.

Syonan is a Japanese vessel, quite intimidating because of its size and secondary armaments. A fairly survivable ship that’s capable of combat, a little bit weaker against destroyers but extremely dangerous to smaller vessels and ships. It is recommended to not get too far from the map with this thing or you’re gonna get clapped with torpedos and god knows what else. Use your Sonia and you’ll thrive!

Why this frigate is awesome:

• Survivable, can take a beating
• Decent secondary weaponry
• 25mm guns are both decent against naval and air targets
