Valve's 30 cancelled games explained

Since 1996, Valve has released 27 games. However, just I and my friend Jaycie were able to find examples of 30 canceled games in that same span of time, and we likely only know a small fraction of what exists. Let's go over just 30 of Valve's canceled games, and explain everything we know about them in detail.
