Halo definitely shook up the gaming industry all those years ago. The series' glory days may be behind it but that doesn't mean we can't remember how good these games were. I recently replayed CE, 2, 3, and Reach on The Master Chief Collection. I did CE and 2 on Heroic and then 3 and Reach on Legendary, and I have to say Reach was pretty damn hard but so was Halo 2.
Difficulty aside I think that Halo 3 is the best with CE at a close second. 3's level design is just beyond amazing and the game launched with so many groundbreaking features. 4 player co-op campaign, forge, customs, and theater in 2007 were unprecedented. What do you guys think?
