Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will get EA Play on Xbox from 10 November, the launch date of the Xbox Series X and Series S, with access on Windows PC later in December.

Sarah Bond, CVP, Gaming Partnerships & Ecosystem wrote:
Starting November 10, EA Play will be available on Xbox consoles, including Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, as part of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and beginning in December, members with an Ultimate or PC subscription will be able to download and play games from the EA Play library on Windows 10 PCs.

Bond also confirmed that Bethesda titles will be added to Xbox Game Pass as a result of Microsoft’s acquisition of ZeniMax Media. She also confirmed titles like Starfield and id Software’s Doom Eternal will be added to the program in October.

EA Play is the new name of EA’s own subscription service, formerly titled Origin Access or EA Access depending on the platform. It offers up a series of titles including those from the Dragon Age, Mirror’s Edge, Crysis, Need for Speed, FIFA, Madden NFL and NHL franchises alongside select titles like Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville, Unravel, Peggle.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate provides access to Microsoft’s subscription service across both Xbox consoles and Windows PC.

Not bad, really fleshes out the benefits of having Game Pass Ultimate even more, so good on them!

That is a really good change. Game Pass Ultimate is looking very good for users. Hopefully Sony starts improving both PS Plus and PS Now.

Been Game Pass Ultimate since it launched. Awesome to have more join the list of features for being a member.
