When will Mother 3 be released on the GBA Switch?

The lone Mother/Earthbound game that has not been published in the United States, despite widespread demand for a localization for over a decade.

Since Earthbound: The Game and Earthbound are already available for the NES and SNES Switch, will Mother 3 be released on the Game Boy Advance to round off the trilogy?

I think it'd be a big ask; releasing the first official translation of that game on an emulator behind the NSO expansion pack seems rough. Would be wicked though
