Checking into Lawless
When the law became corrupt, outlaws became heroes.
In 1931, the Bondurant brothers of Franklin County, Virginia, run a multipurpose backwoods establishment that hides their true business — bootlegging. Middle brother Forrest is the brain of the operation; older Howard is the brawn, and younger Jack, the lookout. Though the local police have taken bribes and left the brothers alone, a violent war erupts when a sadistic lawman from Chicago arrives and tries to shut down the Bondurants operation.

Checking into Legend
Love, fight, live, rule like a legend.
Suave, charming and volatile, Reggie Kray and his unstable twin brother Ronnie start to leave their mark on the London underworld in the 1960s. Using violence to get what they want, the siblings orchestrate robberies and murders while running nightclubs and protection rackets. With police Detective Leonard "Nipper" Read hot on their heels, the brothers continue their rapid rise to power and achieve tabloid notoriety.

Prometheus (2012)- I was really excited after first watching Prometheus, not only did I enjoy it as a outstanding prequel, I thought an exciting new path lay ahead “I’m going to find out why the Engineers want to kill us” but then in Alien: Covenant the door of epicness was slammed shut as Elizabeth Shaw was short changed in her ambition and the story became a convoluted narrative that was more frustrating than enjoyable or intriguing. Instead of the story focusing on humans and engineers, it became a story about a murderous, sinister Android which I would not mind that as a side show, but not the main event.
I agree, Prometheus had a lot of potential with its intriguing premise, and the Engineers were a fascinating mystery. It's unfortunate that the shift in focus in Alien: Covenant didn't fully deliver on that original promise. Still, Prometheus remains a visually stunning and thought-provoking film in its own right.

How are you liking it?

I caught "Catch Me If You Can" over the weekend — still one of my all-time favorites. The way Frank slips through security and forges his way into different jobs is almost unbelievable. It actually reminded me how much industries today rely on serious payment fraud prevention to stop stuff like that from happening digitally. The movie’s fun because it’s based on a true story, but it also kind of blows your mind how much tighter systems have to be now. Definitely worth a rewatch if you haven’t seen it in a while! :geek::):):)
