Remember that the PS5 does not currently support 1440p output and just upscales a 1080p image to 1440p. I think many 4k monitors have a maximum refresh rate of 60hz and you will be looking at a fair amount more for 120hz.

This! I was looking at some MSI monitors that were on sale at Costco for Black Friday, but ended up holding off because I want 4K support at 120hz at a decent price.
