The U.S. chain has now stated it will attempt to remove violent video game ads and demos. I suppose it's a reaction to all the "shootings" in the US. Anyway, I doubt if it will make much a change in people - cause my own opinion is that certain people are just violent anyways. I mean, plenty of people watch games and don't imitate them. Anyway, I wouldn't put video game violence in the same category as - "violence for simply sick entertainment". I suppose that would be chainsaw movies.
O.K., what I think needs to be focused in the US (and elsewhere), of course, is rehabilitation and prevention for "at risk" people, not video game censorship.
