That's a nice move on his part, for sure! Chance to give to the people who keep his channel running smoothly, and I assume he still makes money through merch and sponsorships, so isn't going to be suffering too badly. Good move!

Yeah, some of these streamers have pocketed lifetimes' worth of "tips," so it's no big deal to do something like this. Also merch sales help them a great deal, so I assume this is one of those situations. Still good of him to do, though!
