No.. the system on youtube is definetely broken since it's THEM who refuse to support free use.

I wouldn't exactly say that they refuse to support fair use, but the Content ID system is beyond broken. Disputing a claim sends it to the company instead, and 99% of the time, the company will either reject the claim or outright refuse to acknowledge it.

I agree. Saying that youtube's system isn't broken though in this period is going to piss alot of people off.
