Good morning CT! Got a bit of a long day at work today, but I do have tomorrow off! Can’t wait!!!!

I had the day off so I ate an edible. It was far more powerful than I was expecting. I spent the late afternoon sitting on my balcony, zoned out while watching birds and squirrels doing their thing around my house.

What a great lower body workout day. Got in lifts on lower body, then knocked out 11 miles on the bike.
