Texas Chainsaw Massacre - Netflix sequel

Has anyone watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 sequel on Netflix yet? It was good in my opinion but as always, the originals will always be the best. If you’ve seen it, what did you make of it?

I don't get how they forgot about Leatherface's family, but the bus scene was nice. Sally showing up was a wasted opportunity and the ending was hilarious (in a good and bad way) but it's fun if you turn your mind off and have a few drinks/get high. That curly haired girl has a nice butt, so that was a plus.

The continuity in this series is a bit of a mess.

I do know what is canon, and what ain't in the lore, kinda. But the remake series are separate movies entirely. The third movie from 1990 is also supposed to be a sequel, as the DJ from 2 becomes a reporter, and makes a cameo in the scene where the couple see the police. But how Leatherface has a different family, it's never told to us.

Meh.
