Steam Game Festival 2020 to run same day E3 2020 was supposed to

Steam Game Festival 2020 will run in June, on the same day E3 2020 was supposed to run.

I’m excited to share that the The Game Festival will return this summer on Steam from June 9 – 14 2020, allowing you to play more upcoming games from the comfort of your home.

Steam Game Festival first took place in 2019, timed with The Game Awards.

E3 2020 was cancelled in back in March 2020 due to coronavirus concerns. A Steam Game Festival was also held in that same month, highlighting 40 games that would have been showcased during GDC 2020, which was also cancelled over the coronavirus pandemic.
