The 2004 Star Wars game, Battlefront, has appeared on both Steam and GOG just in time for the most celebrated day of the year, May the 4th. Although Battlefront 2 has been on Steam for a long time now, this has come as somwhat of a surprise. There are some differences between both games, especially if you're looking at the maps, but we're unsure if people were expecting a 14 year old Star Wars game to just suddenly appear online in 2019. Steam user AnthonyBF2 has created a guide for getting online with the game. If you're keen to get your hands on the game, It's coming with a launch discount on both Steam and GOG, too. Bonus!
Star Wars Day is named as such based on the pun 'May the 4th be with you'. It's a good one, isn't it? Such a day calls for a celebration and it means that absolutely loads of Star Wars games will be on-sale on both Steam and GOG on the 4th. So if you've been waiting to get your hands on a Star Wars game this may be the right time for you to break out the wallet and get your card ready.
