Resident Evil Village DLC coming, but not any time soon

Resident Evil Village DLC is coming to PC and consoles, but not any time soon, Capcom has declared.

Tsuyoshi Kanda took to Capcom’s livestream to thank players who’ve been playing the title since its launch in May. He also confirmed that the title's multiplayer Resident Evil RE:Verse will be available from next month.

The livestream also mentioned Capcom has “just started” on a Village DLC due to “popular demand”, which likely means it's not coming any time soon. The publisher promised more information on the DLC “later”.

Resident Evil Village is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Windows PC.

Well, Capcom delayed Not a Hero and End of Zoe by about a year in 2017. That was a bit nippy, to be honest.
