In a nutshell, PUBG Lite is the lightest version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds that is specifically launched for the low specifications computers and laptops. So that most of the people could have access to it, even then if they don’t have high-end gaming PCs.

Battle Royale fans have been told that the low-spec version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is receiving a massive expansion in the coming weeks .This includes the news that the PUBG LITE beta test is expanding into key regions like India and Pakistan.

Two months have passed since the launch of the BETA version of PUBG Lite. Initially, the game was released only in Thailand. But, the game slowly expanded to 9 other countries making it available to a total of 10 countries for now.

This Lite version has already been launched in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil and Bangladesh.

This Lite version of PUBG will not only be launched in India alone. PUBG Corp has started the pre-registration in various other countries across Asia, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. The registration has been opened in other SAARC countries including Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka. While the players of these 10 countries are fortunate enough to enjoy the game, the rest of the world is eagerly waiting for the game to hit the official global release.

PUBG for PC is set to become more accessible than ever before as the Lite version of the game edges ever so close to reaching Indian audiences. Pre-registration for the game has already begun with the official event kicking off on the 3rd of July.

PUBG Lite has been available for Indian audiences on mobile devices for quite a while now. However, bringing the game to PC comes as excellent news as several PC gamers in the country simply don’t have the configuration to match the original game’s demanding requirements. PUBG Lite can be played on almost any PC, requiring no more than 4GB of RAM and integrated graphics.

Indian players can register for the Lite version of Players Unknown Battleground by heading to the official website. Users can use their existing PUBG credentials to register for the event, while new users need to sign up before registering for the event.

Pre-registration rewards
PUBG is also offering several rewards for users who pre-register for the game in the form of skins. Once you’ve completed the registration processes, the in-game skin codes for the Cheetah Parachute and Tiger M46 Tank will be sent to your email on the 11th of July.

Furthermore, if registration crosses 100K users, players will be rewarded with bloody combat pants, black scarf and punk glasses.
Players will also be sent codes for a red sports top, gold scarf and striped long-sleeve shirt if the total number of registrations cross 200K.

Unlike the regular version of the popular battle royale video game, PUBG Lite can run on almost any PC with low-end specifications including work laptops and PCs. PUBG Corp and Tencent have also confirmed that the Lite version of PUBG will be coming to other countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
To be honest, I like the PUBG Lite the reason being it works pretty good on the potato phones and low end up phones with less graphic options.
Well PUBG lite is not that much lite, There are better alternatives like ScarFall and free fire which are equal popuar
500 MB is pretty much lite. And also the game is good in terms of the graphics. Scarfall is pretty much bad graphics and so does the free fire. Check PUBG lite graphics and compare that with scarfall.
