PS4 Slim or PS4 Pro? Which should I get?

Hi guys, I have this old PS3 console here in my dining room and yes I'm not playing it anymore and is planning to purchase a PS4. I'm having a hard time choosing which to buy a PS4 Slim which is less expensive but I do like PS4 Pro which has a much more powerful graphics and performance but I don't have a 4k TV for now. They said having a 4k TV will give justice in buying Pro though.

What do you think should I purchase given the current situation I'm in right now?
