Project xCloud will come to Xbox Game Pass, says Microsoft

Project xCloud streaming service will be added to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service, Microsoft has confirmed.

We confirmed that when Project xCloud goes beyond preview, we’ll offer a streaming option for Xbox Game Pass members. We’ll have more to share at a later date.

Microsoft’s statement is vague which may mean Xbox Game Pass will add a new paid tier that allows for Project xCloud streaming, or it may simply be added to the existing package. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.

Microsoft recently confirmed that the Xbox Game Pass service has hit 10 million subscribers. A Project xCloud trial is available in a number of countries at present.
