Platinum Games' first self-published IP is Project GG

Platinum Games first self-published IP is titled Project GG.

Project GG is going to be a 100% PlatinumGames title. For everything from its setting and characters, to its game design and story, to how it’s promoted – PlatinumGames is in full control.

Back in January 2020, Platinum received a substantial amount from Tencent allowing self-published titles.

Project GG is a “heroic” game, rounding out a “superhero trilogy” that likely includes Viewtiful Joe and The Wonderful 101.
