Payday 3 is in development and coming in 2023, developer Starbreeze Studios and publisher Prime Matter have confirmed.
According to Starbreeze, Payday‘s gang has become “the tightest crew ever” but “there’s no rest for the wicked.”
“The release of Payday 3 is years away,” Prime Matter said in a pre-E3 briefing that also detailed Koch Media’s newest publishing label.
Starbreeze has also confirmed the game is being developed in Unreal Engine 4 and planned for PC and consoles.
Payday 3 heads to PlayStation, Xbox and Windows PC from 2023.
