Overwatch, Diablo animated TV series in development

An animated Overwatch and Diablo TV series are in development, reported on Activision Blizzard's LinkedIn.

On the LinkedIn profile of Nick van Dyk, President of Activision Blizzard Studios, displays both of these projects in his job description.

Executive producer of Diablo, a TV adaptation of Blizzard Entertainment’s IP, rendered in anime style. The show is currently in pre-production for distribution worldwide through Netflix.

With my creative partner, developed and sold an animated series based [on] Blizzard’s Overwatch franchise.

I always knew Overwatch would get some kind of animated show, it seem to cartoony with lovable characters not to get something. Hopefully its good.
