North Korea to drop nuclear and intercontinental ballistic missile test moratorium, will test a new strategic weapon

It's unfortunate that even after declaring a moratorium, NK goes back on themselves and prepares to test a new weapon. This will cause a strain in tensions between all the countries. After the U.S. embassy protestor siege in Iran, that's going to make a bad situation even worse.
