I'm honestly not sure updates will fix the experience much on the Xbox One and base PS4. The game is just too big for the older generation consoles

Hopefully they can fix it for current gen, but patches do cost the makers money and I wonder if its cost feasible to fix it completely?

The price they are charging for this broken game is ridiculous. But then, hey, that's the only way to cover the costs of all the advertisements they did for it.
