Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition Paramour II Achievement won't unlock for some

Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition players are reporting Paramour II Achievement won't unlock for those who’ve met its criterion.

There are currently issues with the Achievement, where the player is tasked to “Establish or rekindle a romantic relationship in two games in Mass Effect Legendary Edition”, on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

Users MattCowley88 and DarkKnightKefka have both encountered this issue.

Got the romance in [Mass Effect 2] but the achievement did not unlock. Nor did my [Mass Effect 2] insanity achievement.

As a workaround, users on TrueAchievements are reporting that multiple romances of Liara, followed by an immediate quit to dashboard and reload, are unlocking the Achievement without putting hours into the remastered trilogy.
