If these are indeed legitimate, that's just exceptionally poor from Nintendo. Yet more proof they have no real grasp on fan projects or support for their fanbase, they just want to keep selling their newest and latest products for as much profit as possible. I love Nintendo's products, but stuff like this is going to keep biting them in the ass until they learn to just wake up and let fan projects be. They're not hurting Nintendo, if anything they're giving Nintendo MORE exposure. So let it be.
 
Nintendo has every right to protect their IP, even if they go about it poorly at times. This though? Yeah, this kind of makes me disgusted.
