Japan is know for it's almost wacky ideas but this is a new one! New games have emerged where you can play the role of their president and tell people off in the street for gathering in groups. There are a few similar games online from the Eastern super-power! Check this out -

I guess something like this was meant to happen one day or another. I am not surrpised considering japan came up with something like this. They do have talent over things like that and they do make it quick to release such games.
