Is there anyone else who dislikes VR?

I do not find the idea of VR games appealing at all. I feel that it changes the dynamics of gaming and makes it less relaxing in a way. When I'm gaming, I like to feel like I'm merely watching the action. VR makes it seem like real life, which is usually what I'm trying to avoid when I'm gaming.

Maybe I just need to experience it before I'll come around, but as of today, I am a bit troubled by the fact that VR seems to be the future.

I know this is years late, but what kinds of games are you into? I'm not sure if you changed your mind on VR or investigated further, but I think it's important to try things that you generally would be interested in anyway except for one unfamiliar feature.

There are a lot of games regardless of platform that are relaxing and not so relaxing. Basically you have to know what you like and seek it out like anything else. Kayak VR is pretty relaxing as is UltraWings, Flight Simulator, lots of parts of Horizon COTM, Rez Infinte etc.
