IGN: The First 15 Minutes of West of Dead (Beta)

West of Dead from Upstream Arcade is a fun, sorta dark, isometric cover shooter with a weirdly satanic-western vibe. I played the beta with a dual stick controller (as recommended by the developer) and it wasn't long before I started to really get a feel for the flow of the combat, which has you dual wielding guns and combat accessories, clearing procedurally-generated rooms filled with ranged and melee enemies. Plus: the main character is voiced by Ron Perlman!

The full game for West of Dead will be out in the spring, but you can play the beta for free on Steam right now. -Jeremy
