If you could make your own video game, what would it be like?

An investor has given you 100,000 Dollars to design, plan and make a video game in return of 20 percent of your business.

What would you create and why? What would you spend your money on? Would you divide it and share it equally upon your outgoings?

I'd make low budget game into category that can give me value for money for my game. I think I'd avoid anything too much 3D and build some tower defense for that budget. Because with that price I don't think much in depth expensive 3D game can be built. So I'd stick with the 2D games. That's what I have noticed for game development.
