HP has completed HyperX acquisition

HP has completed its acquisition of peripherals company HyperX, the company has announced.

HP purchased HyperX for $425 million USD, with HP saying the acquisition will drive growth in its personal systems business through sales of headsets, keyboards, mice, mouse pads, microphones and other console accessories.

I hope HP won't have much input or change much in the way of their memory of keyboard production. HyperX make good products, but acquisitions like this one always make me fearful for their future.
