How do I add the Glance widget to my phone's home screen for quick inspiration?

I have been hearing a lot about the Glance widget and how it can give you quick inspiration right from mobiles home screen. I want to know how I can add it to my phone's home screen easily. I’m always on the lookout for the best lock screen apps, so any tips would be super helpful! peace out

That does not make any sense at all.
Editing the phones appearance from the code level is one thing, but if you want something to show an RSS feed, or even random images, it might be problematic in terms of security to the phone, and data-usage.
