Follow these easy steps to trigger: Start from the Home screen, then entering the main menu Have a basic house built (meaning you must have paid off your basic house debt off first). Have a radio. Enter your house. Turn the radio on. Enter Designer Mode. Put the radio into storage while it is on. Take the radio out from storage and place it anywhere. It will play Totaka's Song twice.
