- Archive.org - Moving Image Archive - Books, films, old video games, and more. Not sorted well, but you'll find something good.
- BFI Player - Free Archive Collections - Older British stuff of all genres, but mostly short clips, plus documentaries about ponk rawk.
- British Pathé Digital Collections - Also Britain-centric. Vids about wars, politics, sports, royal intrigue!
- CTV Movies (Ad Supported) - Movies, yeah. I'd say A League of Their Own and Bottle Rocket are the best ones on there. Also about 30 Godzilla movies.
- Colonial Film: Moving Images of the British Empire - British imperialism. Ah yes, the spoils of primitive accumulation.
- Encore+ Youtube - Very, very, extremely Canadian, feat. Danger Bay, Ready or Not, Mr. Dressup, plus films and documentaries.
- European Film Gateway - Includes some neat early film stuff from all across Europe.
- Documentary Storm - Documentaries. Some new, some classic, some old. I haven't found any about horses yet, though.
- Library of Congress - Digital Moving Image Collections - Early American film and animation, including this one.
- NZ Online - New Zealand tv shows, horror movies, documentaries, and more. Some are just clips of things but others are full.
- Open Culture - A great selection of film, animation, and documentaries, including Hell's Angels, M, and Orson Welles's King Lear. An enormous text list organized by genre, so skip down to find what you want.
- Public Domain Review - Old books, old films, old paintings, new you.
- Public Domain Movies - Many very good classic movies.
