Question Help looking for old FPS post apocalyptic game

Hello I need your help guys to find a old post apocalyptic game fps

Description of the game from memory

It's was a FPS game with guns post apocalyptic and a car that you can drive and also in that game if you shoot some one in the chest he explodes and his legs were still running or if you shoot him in legs the starts to crawling.

Do you remember roughly when the game was released, or what consoles it was for? You're describing an awful lot of post-apocalyptic FPS games from an awful lot of console generations.

Not sure when it was released but I think something like 2000-2007 and it was for pc

I assume you are referring to the Serious Sam. Take a look at the video below and see if it matches with what you have seen.

There is also one more game where you have those creatures crawling and you having guns. But that has more or less zombie and ghouls in it. So we have to wait for the OPs reply on this to find out about the game. I thought it was serious sam but then crawling part is missing.
