Has Cyberpunk 2077 been fixed?

Cyberpunk 2077 has been fixed over the past 18 months by CD Projekt Red, and for the most part, it now functions as it always should have.

Do you think it's all fixed?

Most of it yes. In fact when I first played it, right after release on PC, while console players were pulling their hair out, I had no issues with game play or the game running,
