No there is no excuse for keeping a place where tons of people meet open during an epidemic open. New Orleans cleared out bourbon street even though it's one of the big tourist spots, and Florida can close it's beaches.

Okay, I'm going to be a little angry here, because the decision to keep the beaches open is really annoying me.

I know right? Like I get it, beaches are a tourist destination. As I said before
NEW ORLEANS CLOSED THE STREETS SO THERE IS NO EXCUSE.
