Techland has come out and officially joined the list of 2020 delayed games, with Dying Light 2 being delayed indefinitely. The game was originally scheduled to hit shelves in Spring 2020 but the studio has chosen to pull the sequel for the time being.
The developer tweeted out a statement, saying it needs more time on the project. "We were initially aiming for a Spring 2020 release with Dying Light 2, but unfortunately we need more development time to fulfill our vision," Techland wrote. "We will have more details to share in the coming months, and will get back as soon as we have more information.
"We apologize for this unwelcome news. Our priority is to deliver an experience that lives up to our own high standards and to the expectations of you, the fans."
Techland has not announced a new release date for Dying Light 2. However, the game is still expected to arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Jeez, which game is next to join the list?
