Dead space is great! Resident Evil 4 has to be my favorite third person horror game, though.

Generally, third person is better than first person as you can move about easily. RE8 on the other hand, is supposedly going to be a first person shooter again. Ethan Winters is said to return. He probably joined the BSAA, or in another likely scenario, hooked up as a part of "Blue Umbrella" with Chris.
